<br />Cr,.M:rb 6/17/83 <br /> <br />.,',!"'I1G\NAL <br />v.\' <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9370 <br /> <br />JUN 2 0 1983 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CONDEMNING BUILDING AT 2306 EL CAMINO REAL <br />AS A PUBLIC NUISANCE AND DIRECTING RECONSTRUCTION OR REMOVAL <br />THEREOF <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Building Department of this City has determined <br /> <br />that a building which is located at 2306 El Camino Real is a <br /> <br />public nuisance as defined by Section 9.6 of the Redwood City Code <br /> <br />because of serious and numerous violations of the Fire Code, <br /> <br />Uniform Building Code, Uniform Plumbing Code, and the Electrical <br /> <br />Code; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Building Department has given notice to the <br /> <br />owner of the building at 2306 El Camino Real to appear before this <br /> <br />City council to show cause, if any he have, why such building <br /> <br />should not be declared to be a public nuisance and abated in <br /> <br />accordance with the provisions of Chapter 9 of the Redwood City <br /> <br />Code, as evidenced by Exhibit A; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has received extensive evidence that <br /> <br />there are many violations of the Fire Code, Uniform Building Code, <br /> <br />Uniform Plumbing Code and the Electrical Code which exist in the <br /> <br />building at 2306 El Camino Real in Redwood City; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS <br /> <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The building at 2306 El Camino Real is determined to be <br /> <br />a public nuisance because such building constitutes a fire hazard <br /> <br />9370 <br />
