<br />Cr.M:rb 6/1/83 <br /> <br />discharge of sewage from not more than three single family <br /> <br />residential units within said annexed territory into the Redwood <br /> <br />City sewer system subject to all those certain terms and <br /> <br />conditions set forth in that certain agreement dated March 18, <br /> <br />1958, by and between the Oak Knoll Sewer Maintenance District and <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City, and subject further to the condition <br /> <br />that a total of not more than three sewer connections shall be <br /> <br />allowed or permitted to serve said real property by the authority <br /> <br />having jurisdiction of such connections. <br /> <br />2. The property for which consent to annex and discharge <br /> <br />sewage into the Redwood City sewage system is given is all that <br /> <br />real property situate in the County of San Mateo, State of <br /> <br />California, more particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 5 Block 25, Oak Knoll Manor Subdivision filed in <br />the office of the County Recorder of San Mateo County <br />on May 10, 1916 in Book 10 of Subdivision Maps at <br />page 4 to 11, said Lot 5 being commonly known as 854 <br />Upland Road, Redwood City, California. <br /> <br />3.
