<br />CGM:djg-c 5/17/83 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N o. 9 377 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />JUN 2 0 1983 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING BID DOCUMENTS FOR THE FURNISHING <br />OF WATER TELEMETRY SYSTEM FOR 1983-84 FISCAL YEAR <br />IN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY; AND AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK <br />TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />bid documents for maintenance of the Water Telemetry System <br /> <br />for Fiscal Year 1983-84 in the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval thereof <br /> <br />and authorize the City Clerk to advertise for bids for the <br /> <br />performance of such work; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain bid documents entitled "Special Provisions <br /> <br />for Maintenance for Water Telemetry System, 1983-84 Fiscal Year, <br /> <br />City of Redwood City," on file in the office of the Director of <br /> <br />Public Works, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />advertise for bids for the performance of such work in accordance <br /> <br />\\ <br /> <br />with the bid documents therefor, said advertisement to be in the <br /> <br />form of that certain "Notice to Contractors" set forth in the <br /> <br />abovementioned bid documents. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />93?7 <br />
