<br />Cr.M:rb 6/15/83 <br />l1:rb 6/23/83R <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. 9 381 <br /> <br />JUN 2 II 1983 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING A REVISED FEE SCHEDULE POLICY FOR <br />THE USE OF THE COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES BUILDING AND THE <br />RECREATION CENTER; AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 8201 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation Commission has recommended <br /> <br />the adoption by this Council of a revised schedule of fees for the <br /> <br />use of the Community Activities Building and for the use of the <br /> <br />Recreation Center located within "Red" Morton Community Park; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has determined that approval of such <br /> <br />revised schedule of fees for the Community Activities Building and <br /> <br />the Recreation Center located within "Red" Morton Community Park <br /> <br />would be in the public interest and for the public benefit; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS <br /> <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That the following revised schedule of fees for the use <br /> <br />of the Community Activities Building and for the use of the <br /> <br />Recreation Center located within "Red" Morton Community Park which <br /> <br />schedule is in conformance with the rules and regulations adopted <br /> <br />by the Parks and Recreation Commission for the use of the <br /> <br />Community Activities Building and for the use of the Recreation <br /> <br />Center located within "Red" Morton Community Park is hereby <br /> <br />approved and adopted: <br /> <br />(a) Group I Activities: no charges. <br /> <br />(b) Group II and III Activities: <br /> <br />5"\ b) X ....1. <br />~ ~) (I <br />
