<br />CGM:rb 6/15/83 <br />CGM:rb 6/23/83R <br /> <br />(c) Group V and VI Activities: <br /> <br />(1) Use of Sunset Room and/or Gold Star Room - <br />Room charge: current hourly custodial rate; <br />kitchenette - $5.00. <br /> <br />(2) Use of Redwood Room - Room Charge: $15.00 per <br />hour. <br /> <br />(3) A $10.00 cleaning and maintenance deposit <br />shall be paid in advance of use of Sunset and <br />Gold Star Rooms, which deposit may be refunded <br />in all or in part depending upon the amount of <br />extraordinary work required to clean up or set <br />up said facilities. <br /> <br />A $50.00 cleaning and maintenance deposit <br />shall be paid in advance of use of the Redwood <br />Room, which deposit may be refunded in all or <br />in part depending upon the amount of <br />extraordinary work required to clean up or set <br />up said facilities. <br /> <br />(4) Use of Sunset, Gold Star and/or Redwood Rooms <br />by persons or organizations requires payment <br />of a 30 percent surcharge on the total rental <br />fee if such use is clearly and primarily for <br />the benefit of nonresidents of Redwood City. <br /> <br />(d) Group VII and Group VIII Activities: <br /> <br />(1) Use of Sunset or Gold Star Room, $100.00 for <br />four hours or less. <br /> <br />(2) Use of Redwood Room $225.00, for four hours or <br />less. <br /> <br />(3) Use of kitchen, $50.00. <br /> <br />(4) Use of kitchenettes in Sunset and Gold Star <br />Rooms, $20.00. <br /> <br />(5) A $300.00 cleaning and maintenance deposit <br />shall be paid in advance of use of facilities, <br />which deposit may be refunded in all or in <br />part depending upon the amount of <br />extraordinary work required to clean up or set <br />up said facilities. <br /> <br />2 <br />
