<br />SWC:rb 6/23/83 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />JUN 2 7 1983 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. <br /> <br />9386 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING VARIOUS SUMS BETWEEN <br />DESIGNATED APPROPRIATIONS WITHIN THE OPERATIONS <br />PROGRAM FOR EMPLOYEE SERVICES, SUPPLIES AND <br />SERVICES, AND CAPITAL EXPENDITURES <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> <br />CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The various sums, as hereinafter described, <br /> <br />appropriated to various programs wi thin the Operations <br /> <br />Program are hereby transferred between various other <br /> <br />programs within the Operations Program for the purposes <br /> <br />of year-end account balancing. <br /> <br />2. The specific sums being transferred and specific <br /> <br />designation of programs between which said sums are being <br /> <br />transferred are more specifically described on "Exhibit A" <br /> <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. <br /> <br />3. The aforementioned sums shall be for expenditure <br /> <br />during the fiscal year July 1, 1982 - June 30, 1983, and <br /> <br />shall be in addition to all sums appropriated for such <br /> <br />purposes during the fiscal year. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />9386 <br />
