<br />SWC:rb 7/22/83 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N 0.9 398 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />JUL 2 5 1983 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIAL PROVISIONS FOR WATER MAIN <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECT, 1981-82; AND AUTHORIZING CITY <br />CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />special provisions for the Water Main Improvement Project, <br /> <br />1981-82, in the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br /> <br />thereof and to authorize the City Clerk to call for bids for <br /> <br />said project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those special provisions prepared in the office of the <br /> <br />Director of Finance , and on file in the office of the City <br /> <br />Clerk, entitled "Special Provisions for the Water Main <br /> <br />Improvement Project for 1981-82 - Redwood City, California" are <br /> <br />hereby approved. <br /> <br />2.
