<br />SWC:rb 7/22/83 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9399 <br /> <br />ORIGl N/~L <br />JUL 2 5 1983 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS AND TECHNICAL <br />SPECIFICATIONS FOR RECONSTRUCTION OF SEAPORT BOULEVARD, <br />PHASE I; AND AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS <br />THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />contract documents and technical specifications for <br /> <br />Reconstruction of Seaport Boulevard, Phase I, in the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br /> <br />thereof and to authorize the City Clerk to call for bids for <br /> <br />said project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those contract documents and technical specifications <br /> <br />prepared through the office of the Director of Public Works, <br /> <br />and on file in the office of the City Clerk, entitled "Contract <br /> <br />Documents and Technical Specifications for Reconstruction of <br /> <br />Seaport Boulevard - STA 5+24.48 to STA 50+66.69 - Phase I - <br /> <br />Redwood City, California - July, 1983" are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to call <br /> <br />for bids for reconstruction of Seaport Boulevard as called for in <br /> <br />the aforementioned contract documents and technical <br /> <br />specifications. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />9399 <br />
