<br />r'GM:rb 8/05/83 <br /> <br />ORiGiNAL <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9415 <br /> <br />AUG 8 1983 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING SECTIONS 1 AND 2 OF RESOLUTION NO. <br />9158 ESTABLISHING SALARY AND WAGE PLAN FOR CERTAIN <br />EMPLOYEE CLASSIFICATIONS RELATING TO MANAGEMENT AND <br />CONFIDENTIAL ASSIGNMENTS TO ESTABLISH THE SALARY RANGE <br />FOR THE POSITIONS OF ASSISTANT TO THE CITY MANAGER AND <br />DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES AND TO DELETE THE POSITION <br />OF PERSONNEL DIRECTOR <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Sections 1 and 2 of Resolution of No. 9158, entitled, <br /> <br />"Resolution Establishing Salary and Wage Plan for Certain <br /> <br />Employee Classifications Relating to Management and Confidential <br /> <br />Assignments, and Certain Designed Officers," adopted July 12, <br /> <br />1982, is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. <br /> <br />The monthly salary rates in dollars expressed <br /> <br />an minimum and maximum amounts in Exhibit A, attached hereto, and <br /> <br />by this reference incorporated herein as if set out in full <br /> <br />herein, are hereby established for each of the employee positions <br /> <br />hereinafter designated relating to management and confidential <br /> <br />assignments: <br /> <br />TITLE <br /> <br />Police Captain <br />Assistant Director of Public Works <br />Data Systems Manager <br />Supervising Civil Engineer <br />Traffic Engineer <br />Battalion Chief <br />Park and Recreation Superintendent <br />Civil Engineer III <br /> <br />9415 <br />
