<br />SWC:rb 8/03/83 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9416 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />AUG 8 1983 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br />GID 1-64 EXTERIOR LEVEE MAINTENANCE PROJECT; AND <br />AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />plans and specifications for the GID 1-64 Exterior Levee <br /> <br />Maintenance Project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br /> <br />thereof and authorize the City Clerk to call for bids for the <br /> <br />construction thereof; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />ACTING FOR AND ON BEHALF OF REDWOOD CITY GENERAL IMPROVEMENT <br /> <br />DISTRICT NO. GID 1-64, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain specifications entitled "Contract <br /> <br />Documents and Technical Specifications for Exterior Levee <br /> <br />Maintenance Project - 1983 - Redwood City, California" and plans <br /> <br />therefor prepared in the office of the Director of Public Works <br /> <br />and on file in the office of the City Clerk, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />call for bids for the performance of said construction in <br /> <br />accordance with the abovementioned plans and specifications. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />9416 <br />
