<br />Activi~ies: <br />(a) Direct assistance to existing businesses. <br /> <br />(b) Prospective development and management services. <br /> <br />(c) Statistics and research. <br /> <br />(d) Special studies and projects. <br /> <br />(e) Assist in business promotion and advertising. <br /> <br />(f) Offer business services and publication. <br /> <br />(g) Provide business support functions. <br /> <br />(h) Seek status reports of businesses considering relocation. <br /> <br />(i) Record commercial building activity. <br /> <br />2. Accountability. Within 60 days after the expiration of the term <br /> <br />hereof, Chamber will provide City with a detailed report of the purposes <br /> <br />for which the funds paid hereunder were expended, which report shall be <br /> <br />subject to the review and approval of City's Finance Director, who shall <br /> <br />have the "right to audit Chamber's records and accounts. City shall have <br /> <br />the further right to require a special report and accounting of said <br /> <br />funds at any time during the term hereQf, whi~h special report and <br /> <br />accounting shall be ~ade by Chamber wi~hin 30 days from the date of <br /> <br />request therefor. The aforementioned fiscal year report shall also set <br /> <br />forth in detail the manner in which the goal, objectives, and activities <br /> <br />identified in paragraph l(b) above were accomplished and how the <br /> <br />accomplishment of said goals and objectives materially contribute to the <br /> <br /> <br />promotion and development of commerce or industry in the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City. <br /> <br />3. Term. This agreement shall be in effect for the term of one <br /> <br /> <br />year commencing July 1, 1983, and terminating June 30, 1984. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />3 <br />
