<br />SWC:rb 8/18/83 <br /> <br />set forth in Section 14.48 of Article IV, Chapter 14 of the Code <br /> <br /> <br />of the City of Redwood City have been complied with in the form <br /> <br /> <br />and manner specified by law; and <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at said hearing, opportunity was given for any and <br /> <br /> <br />all objections raised by any property owner liable to be assessed <br /> <br />for the work of abating weeds, dirt, rubbish and rank growths to <br /> <br />be heard by this Council; <br /> <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> <br />1. That all objections to the itemized report and proposed <br /> <br /> <br />assessment list of the Superintendent of Streets of the cost of <br /> <br />removing weeds, dirt, rubbish and rank growths from or abutting <br /> <br /> <br />each parcel of land from which said weeds, dirt, rubbish or rank <br /> <br />growths were removed, heard at the public hearing this date in <br /> <br /> <br />the manner specified by law, are hereby overruled. <br /> <br />2. That said report and proposed assessment list are <br /> <br /> <br />hereby confirmed and the cost of removing said weeds, dirt, <br /> <br />rubbish and rank growths from or abutting said parcels of land <br /> <br /> <br />shall constitute a lien on such parcels until paid. <br /> <br />3. That a copy of said report and assessment list and a <br /> <br /> <br />copy of this resolution shall be transmitted by the City Clerk to <br /> <br /> <br />the County Assessor and the County Tax Collector for entry and <br /> <br /> <br />collection with the next tax roll upon which general municipal <br /> <br /> <br />taxes are collected and that, thereafter, such assessment shall <br /> <br />2 <br />
