The Council of the City of Redwood City hereby consents <br /> <br />to the annexation of the hereinafter described real property to <br /> <br />the Oak Knoll Sewer Maintenance District and consents to the <br /> <br />discharge of sewage from not more than one single family <br /> <br />residential unit for each of the aforementioned parcels of real <br /> <br />property within said annexed territory into the Redwood City <br /> <br />sewer system subject to all those certain terms and conditions <br /> <br />set forth in that certain agreement dated March 18, 1958, by and <br /> <br />between the Oak Knoll Sewer Maintenance District and the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City, and subject further to the condition that a total <br /> <br />of not more than six sewer connections shall be allowed or <br /> <br />permitted to serve all of the aforementioned parcels of real <br /> <br />property combined, as shown on "Exhibit A", by the authority <br /> <br />having jurisdiction of such connections. <br /> <br />2. The property for which consent to annex and discharge <br /> <br />sewage into the Redwood City sewage system is given is all that <br /> <br />real property situate in the County of San Mateo, State of <br /> <br />California, more particularly described in Exhibit B which is <br /> <br />attached hereto. <br /> <br />3. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />transmit a certified copy of this resolution to the Oak Knoll <br /> <br />Sewer Maintenance District with copy to each of the applicants <br /> <br />listed in the aforementioned Exhibit B. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />2 <br />
