The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />enter into and execute on behalf of the City of Redwood City that <br /> <br /> <br />certain agreement entitled "Agreement" by and between the City of <br /> <br /> <br />Redwood City and Piornbo Corporation for the performance <br /> <br /> <br />of said work in accordance with the abovementioned bid proposal, <br /> <br /> <br />a copy of which agreement is presently on file in the office of <br /> <br />the City Clerk to which reference is hereby made for full <br /> <br /> <br />particulars concerning the terms and conditions thereof. <br /> <br /> <br />4. Any informality in the aforementioned bid of the <br /> <br /> <br />aforementioned Piombo Corporation is hereby waived. <br /> <br /> <br />5.
