<br />CGM:djg-c 8/17/83 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9431 <br /> <br />ORIGI~ML <br />AUG 2 2 1983 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE HOURLY RATE FOR THE <br />CLASSIFICATION OF COMMUNITY SERVICE OFFICER <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Director of Human Resources has recommended <br /> <br />that the hourly rate for the classification of Community Service <br /> <br />Officer in the City of Redwood City be established; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council desires to approve such recommendation; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Employees appointed to positions in the following <br /> <br />classifications shall receive compensation computed by the hour, <br /> <br />or otherwise, as herein below designed, within the range as <br /> <br />established by this provision: <br /> <br />(a) Administrative Intern <br /> <br />$3.50 per hour <br />$6.00 per hour <br />Range $3.70 - $3.90 - <br />$4.10 - $4.30 - $4.50 per <br />hour <br /> <br />(b) Community Service Officer <br />(c) Library Page <br /> <br />(d) Lifeguard <br /> <br />Range $4.50 - $4.75 - <br />$5.00 - $5.25 - $5.50 - <br />$6.00 per hour <br /> <br />(e) Maintenance Aide <br /> <br />Range $3.50 - $3.70 - <br />$3.90 - $4.10 - $4.30 - <br />$4.60 per hour <br /> <br />(f) Maintenance Worker <br /> <br />Range $4.25 - $4.50 - <br />$4.75 - $5.00 - $5.25 per <br />hour <br /> <br />Q d.0 1 <br />~.!' ~ ~-) -~. <br />
