<br />SWC:rb 9/07/83 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9433 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />SEP .1 2 1983 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIAL PROVISIONS FOR VETERANS <br />BOULEVARD BEAUTIFICATION - PHASE 2; AND AUTHORIZING <br />CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />special provisions for Veterans Boulevard Beautification - Phase 2 <br /> <br />in the City of Redwood City; and <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval thereof <br /> <br />and authorize the City Clerk to call for bids for such improvement <br /> <br />project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain special provisions entitled "Special <br /> <br />provisions for Landscape Planting & Irrigation - Veterans <br /> <br />Boulevard - Redwood City, California," including all plans and <br /> <br />drawings referenced therein, prepared in the office of the <br /> <br />Director of Public Works and on file in the office of the City <br /> <br />Clerk, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2.
