<br />SWC:rb 9/13/83 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />No.9439 <br /> <br />ORiGINAL <br />SEP 1 9 7983 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT WITH BOONE, COOK AND ASSOCIATES RELATING <br />TO CORDILLERAS CREEK <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City requires an engineering study for Cordilleras <br /> <br />Creek th~t will include, but not be limited to delineating flood <br /> <br />related problems, identifying feasible solutions and estimating <br /> <br />costs thereof, and determining alternative means of financing <br /> <br />same; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Consultant has represented to City that it is <br /> <br />experienced and qualified to perform all of the services required <br /> <br />by City in connection with the preparation of such engineering <br /> <br />study; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City and Boone, Cook and Associates, entitled "Agreement - <br /> <br />Cordilleras Creek Engineering Study" (form dated 9/14/83), a copy <br /> <br />of which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to <br /> <br />which copy reference is hereby made for full particulars thereof, <br /> <br />is hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized and <br /> <br />directed to execute said agreement for and on behalf of the City <br /> <br />of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />9 4:} S) <br />
