<br />CGM:rb 9/20/83 <br /> <br />9 4S 0 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />SEP 2 ti 1983 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AN AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES <br />FOR SEAPORT BOULEVARD RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 9289, adopted January 17, <br /> <br />1983, the City of Redwood City entered into an agreement with <br /> <br />Brian, Kangas, Foulk and Associates whereby certain engineering <br /> <br />services were to be provided to the City of Redwood City in <br /> <br />connection with the Seaport Boulevard reconstruction project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this City desires further engineering services from <br /> <br />Brian, Kangas, Foulk and Associates in connection with such <br /> <br />project which are in the nature of construction survey services; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Brian, Kangas, Foulk and Associates has represented <br /> <br />to the City that it is qualified and willing to perform such <br /> <br />services; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council an <br /> <br />amendment to the aforementioned agreement between the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City and Brian, Kangas, Foulk and Associates for the <br /> <br />performance of construction survey services, and it is the <br /> <br />intention and desire of this Council to approve said agreement and <br /> <br />authorize its execution; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />9450 <br />
