<br />Cr.M:rb 9/20/83 <br /> <br />j"~lGINAl <br />SEP Z 6 1983 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9451 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR SOILS ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE <br />SEAPORT BOULEVARD RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT - PHASE I <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council awarded a bid for the reconstruction <br /> <br />of Seaport Boulevard Reconstruction Project - Phase I on August <br /> <br />22, 1983; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, certain soils engineering services are required to <br /> <br />be undertaken with respect to said reconstruction project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, TransPacific Geotechnical Engineers, Inc. has <br /> <br />represented to the City that it is qualified and willing to <br /> <br />perform such services; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to the Council an <br /> <br />agreement by and between the City of Redwood City and <br /> <br />TransPacific Geotechnical Engineers, Inc., for the performance of <br /> <br />the aforesaid engineering services, and it is the intention and <br /> <br />desire of this Council to approve said agreement and authorize <br /> <br />its execution <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Agreement - Soils <br /> <br />Engineering Services" (form dated 9/20/83) by and between the <br /> <br />9451 <br />
