<br />CGM:rb 10/28/83 <br /> <br />City Clerk a good and sufficient security in <br />a form to be approved by the City Attorney, <br />securing the faithful performance by said owner <br />or subdivider of all work and the construction <br />of all improvements designated or mentioned in <br />said agreement, and within the time therein <br />specified, the amount of said security to be <br />Ninety-three Thousand Four Hundred Ninety <br />and No/100 Dollars ($93,490.00) and also a <br />good and sufficient security in a form to be <br />approved by the City Attorney securing the <br />payment by said owner or subdivider of all <br />bills for labor and materials incurred in the <br />construction of any and all said improvement, <br />and the doing of all other work therein agreed <br />to be done by the said owner or subdivider, <br />the amount of said Ninety-three Thousand Four <br />Hundred Ninety and No/100 Dollars ($93,490.00). <br /> <br />3. That, before the release of said final map by <br />City for recordation, the owner or subdivider <br />shall furnish to the City and file with the <br />City Clerk certificates or policies of public <br />liability and property damage insurance as <br />required by the abovementioned agreement <br />entitled "Agreement for Parcel Map No. 83-7 <br />Subdivision," on file in the office of the <br />City Clerk. <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: <br /> <br />That those certain plans entitled "Construction Drawings <br /> <br />for BFI Parcel Map Improvement Plans - Area A," and those <br /> <br />certain specifications entitled "Standard Specifications for <br /> <br />Public Works Project dated September 1982," which plans and <br /> <br />specifications are now on file in the office of the Director of <br /> <br />Public Works, are hereby approved and adopted as the plans and <br /> <br />specifications according to which the abovementioned <br /> <br />improvements shall be done. <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />2 <br />
