<br />CGM:rb 11/02/83 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. 9 474 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />NOV 7 1983 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CONDITIONALLY CONSENTING TO ANNEXATION OF <br />TERRITORY TO OAK KNOLL SEWER MAINTENANCE DISTRICT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, by agreement dated March 18, 1958, the Oak Knoll <br /> <br />Sewer Maintenance District was authorized to dispose of its <br /> <br />sewage through the Redwood City sewer mains and the Redwood City <br /> <br />sewage treatment plant; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said agreement provided that no sewage emanating <br /> <br />from any territory annexed to the District after the date of the <br /> <br />agreement could be disposed of in the Redwood City sewage system <br /> <br />without the prior consent of the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City is in receipt of a request for consent to <br /> <br />the annexation of a portion of Lot 1, Block 17, Oak Knoll Manor <br /> <br />Subdivision, commonly known as 375 Alameda De Las Pulgas, Redwood <br /> <br />City, California to said District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed said request and is <br /> <br />willing to grant the City's consent to said annexation upon the <br /> <br />condition that not more than one sewer connection be allowed or <br /> <br />permitted to serve each of said real property; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The Council of the City of Redwood City hereby consents <br /> <br />to the annexation of the hereinafter described real property to <br /> <br />the Oak Knoll Sewer Maintenance District and consents to the <br /> <br />9474 <br />
