<br />SWC:njg-c 12/8/83 <br /> <br />OmG\NAL <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9490 <br /> <br />DEe 1 2 1983 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING RATES FOR PARKING FACILITY PERMITS <br />FOR THE BRADFORD STREET PUBLIC PARKING LOT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 1886, adopted November 21, 1983, <br /> <br />designated the Bradford Street Public Parking Lot as a regulated <br /> <br />unmetered parking facility, and authorized the City Council to <br /> <br />establish rates for the issuance of parking facility permits <br /> <br />therefor; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. This Council does hereby establish the following rates <br /> <br />for the parking permits issued for the Bradford Street Public <br /> <br />Parking Lot: <br /> <br />Semi-annual permits - $90.00 each <br /> <br />Said semi-annual permits shall be valid for a six (6) month <br /> <br />period, January 1 - June 30 and July 1 - December 31 of each year. <br /> <br />Payment shall be made in advance of issuance. No permits shall be <br /> <br />issued for a lesser period of time; provided, however, permits may <br /> <br />be purchased after the effective date thereof at a prorated cost <br /> <br />based upon the number of months remaining thereon. Partial months <br /> <br />will be charged a whole month proration. A person returning a <br /> <br />permit to the City prior to the expiration date of such permit <br /> <br />will receive a refund therefor based on the number of whole months <br /> <br />remaining on the permit. <br /> <br />2.
