<br />~Wf:rb 1/06/84 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />JAN 9 1984 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />NO.~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DESIGNATING PARKING METER ZONES IN PUBLICLY <br />CONTROLLED PARKING LOTS; ESTABLISHING RATES AND TH1E <br />SCHEDULES FOR PARKING METERS THEREIN; AND RESCINDING <br />RESOLUTION NO. 7490 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Resolution No. 7488, <br /> <br />adopted September 15, 1975, as amended, this Council established <br /> <br />certain parking meter zones for publicly controlled parking lots <br /> <br />in the City of Redwood City and proposed certain rates and time <br /> <br />schedules to be established with reference to said parking meter <br /> <br />zones; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council, after duly noticed public hearing, <br /> <br />and on a finding of public necessity, has approved the removal of <br /> <br />certain parking meters located in the Franklin Street Parking <br /> <br />Lot, and designated by the aforesaid resolution, as amended; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the intention of this Council to evidence the <br /> <br />removal of said meters by revision of the aforesaid resolution, <br /> <br />as amended; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1.
