The City Clerk of the City of Redwood City is <br /> <br />hereby directed upon the passage and adoption of this resolution <br /> <br />to transmit a copy of the measures herein specified to the City <br /> <br />Attorney for the preparation of an impartial analysis of the <br /> <br />measures showing the effect thereof on existing law and the <br /> <br />operation of the measure. <br /> <br />SECTION 12. The City Clerk of the City of Redwood City is <br /> <br />hereby directed upon passage and adoption of this resolution to <br /> <br />cause the same to be published once in the official newspaper of <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City and in each edition thereof issued during <br /> <br />the day of publication. Said publication shall be accomplished <br /> <br />not more than 15 days from the date of adoption hereof. <br /> <br />SECTION 13. The City Clerk is hereby further directed to <br /> <br />cause copies of the Charter amendments herein proposed to be <br /> <br />printed in convenient pamphlet form and in type of not less than <br /> <br />ten point, and to cause copies thereof to be mailed to each of the <br /> <br />qualified electors of the City of Redwood City, and, until the <br /> <br />date of the General Municipal Election to be held on April 10, <br /> <br />1984, to advertise in the official newspaper a notice that copies <br /> <br />of said proposed Charter amendments may be had upon application <br /> <br />therefor. <br /> <br />SECTION 14. The City Clerk or the County Clerk of the County <br /> <br />of San Mateo, or other appropriate election official, is hereby <br /> <br />authorized and empowered to redesignate or change any and all of <br /> <br />15 <br />
