<br />SWC:rb 2/02/84 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9521 <br /> <br />ORIG/Nl\L <br />FEa 1 3 1984 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT WITH STATE OF CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF <br />TRANSPORTATION REGARDING THE EL CAMINO REAL/CHARTER <br />STREET TRAFFIC SIGNAL PROJECT <br /> <br />BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement between the City of Redwood City and <br /> <br />the California Department of Transportation for cooperation in <br /> <br />the installation and construction of a traffic control system, <br /> <br />safety lighting and channelization at the intersection of Charter <br /> <br />Street and El Camino Real (State Highway Route 82), a copy of <br /> <br />which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to <br /> <br />which copy reference is hereby made for full particulars thereof, <br /> <br />is hereby approved, and the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute <br /> <br />said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />9' <br /> <br />"., <br />
