<br />JWL/fel 2/23/84 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. <br /> <br />9526 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />FEB 27 1984 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF AGREEMENT WITH CH2M HILL RELATING TO REDWOOD <br />CREEK BRIDGE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City requires a design of the Redwood Creek <br /> <br />Bicycle Bridge that will include, but not be limited to, <br /> <br />a conceptual design, geotechnical investigation, and a <br /> <br />preliminary design leading to the final design and prepar- <br /> <br />ation of Bid Documents; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Consultant has represented to City that it <br /> <br />is experienced and qualified to perform all of the services <br /> <br />required in connection with the preparation of such design; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> <br />CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of Red- <br /> <br />wood City and CH2M Hill, entitled "Agreement - Redwood <br /> <br />Creek Bicycle Bridge" (form dated 2/23/84), a copy of which <br /> <br />agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to <br /> <br />which copy reference is hereby made for full particulars <br /> <br />thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby <br /> <br />authorized and directed to execute said agreement for and <br /> <br />on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />9526 <br />
