<br />J'iVL/rk 3/14/84 <br /> <br />ORiGINAL <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />No.9540 <br /> <br />MAR 1 9 1984 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF AGREEMENT WITH CH2M HILL RELATING TO SEQUOIA <br />RESERVOIRS NOS. 1 AND 2. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City requires a design of Improvements to the <br /> <br />Sequoia Reservoirs Nos. 1 and 2 that will include, but not be <br /> <br />limited to, engineering studies and reports, preliminary and <br /> <br />final design and services during construction; and <br /> <br />vJIIEREAS, Consultant has represented to City that it is <br /> <br />experienced and qualified to perform all of the services <br /> <br />required in connection with the preparation of such design; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> <br />CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City and CH2M Hill, entitled "Agreement For Engineering <br /> <br />Services for Sequoia Reservoirs Nos. 1 and 2 (form dated <br /> <br />3/14/84), a copy of which agreement is on file in the office <br /> <br />of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made <br /> <br />for full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the <br /> <br />City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute <br /> <br />said agreement and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />9540 <br />
