No. 1130, as amended); <br /> <br />(d) The Applicant has represented that it would pay <br /> <br />for all costs to construct the new curb-cut and <br /> <br />for relocation of an existing fire hydrant <br /> <br />necessitated by said curb-cut, all subject to City <br /> <br />approval; <br /> <br />(e) All trucks under the control of the applicant <br /> <br />shall be required to remain within the boundaries <br /> <br />of the applicant's property when not in use; <br /> <br />(f) Concerns expressed by the owner of property <br /> <br />located at 1050 Kliklok Way regarding potential <br /> <br />blockage of ingress and egress to and from that <br /> <br />property by reason of the enhanced access to the <br /> <br />property at 1089 Kliklok Way under the proposed <br /> <br />variance have been addressed by agreement of the <br /> <br />owners of both said properties to condition (e) <br /> <br />set forth in paragraph 2 hereof; <br /> <br />(g) In furtherance of the policy of this Council to <br /> <br />encourage successful businesses and employment <br /> <br />2 <br />
