This Council hereby declares the order of annexation <br /> <br /> <br />made pursuant to Resolution No. 9487 adopted December 5, 1983 by <br /> <br /> <br />this Council confirmed by the voters at the special election <br /> <br /> <br />called in the territory ordered to be annexed pursuant to said <br /> <br /> <br />resolution. <br /> <br />8.
