That certain agreement entitled "Agreement" (form dated <br />04/25/96) by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal <br />corporation of the State of California and TAG Group Corporation, <br />a copy of which agreement is on file in the Office of the City <br />Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full <br />particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager and <br />City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to <br />attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of <br />the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> 3. Any and all informalities in the aforementioned bid of <br />TAG Group Corporation, are hereby waived. <br /> <br /> 4. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />return to all unsuccessful bidders, and to the successful bidder <br />upon execution by it of the aforementioned agreement, all <br />securities guaranteeing execution of the agreement upon award. <br /> <br /> 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
