<br />DCB:rks 5/02/84 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has received extensive evidence that <br /> <br />the building at 320 Fuller Street, 328-330 Fuller Street, 334 <br /> <br />Fuller Street, 503-505 Allerton Street, 335-345 Bradford Street in <br /> <br />Redwood City have become dilapidated and have numerous fire code, <br /> <br />housing code, zoning ordinance, and health and safety code <br /> <br />violations; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS <br /> <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The buildings at 320 Fuller Street, 328-330 Fuller <br /> <br />Street, 334 Fuller Street, 503-505 Allerton Street, 335-345 <br /> <br />Bradford Street are determined to be public nuisances because such <br /> <br />buildings endanger the life, health, property and safety of the <br /> <br />occupants of such buildings and affect the neighborhood and <br /> <br />persons in the surrounding vicinity of such structures. <br /> <br />2.
