<br />DCB:rks 4/30/84 <br /> <br />ODlf'IM f\ L <br />!'Jt.I.'U]i, \it, <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N o. 9 5 r, /1 <br /> <br />MAY 14 1984 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND REIMER <br />ASSOCIATES, RELATING TO FINAL DESIGN AND PREPARATION OF <br />CONTRACT PLANS FOR MARINA PUMP STATION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires final design and <br /> <br />contract plans for Marina Sewage Pump Station and Force Main; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City desires to engage Reimer <br /> <br />Associates, Burlingame, California, to perform such design and <br /> <br />contract plans which shall include, but not be limited to, final <br /> <br />design and computation for equipment, field surveys, final design <br /> <br />and details for relief valves, coordination and assistance to <br /> <br />City on inspection of force main, and design structural <br /> <br />modifications to the existing pump station; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Reimer Associates has represented to the City that <br /> <br />it is experienced and qualified to perform all of the <br /> <br />abovementioned services as further described in the proposed <br /> <br />agreement therefor; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />Ci ty and Reimer Associates, entitled "Agreement - Final Design <br /> <br />and Preparation of Contract Plans for Marina Sewage Pump Station <br /> <br />and Force Main Improvements" (form dated 5/01/84) a copy of which <br /> <br />is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy <br /> <br />9574 <br />
