SUCCESSORS. This Agreement, and all of the terms, conditions, <br /> <br />convenants and agreements herein contained shall be binding upon, and shall inure to <br /> <br />the benefit of, Owner, and Owner's administrators, heirs, assigns, and transferees. <br /> <br />6.
