<br />DCB:rks 5/17/84 <br /> <br />O'1"~';""\!"'ll\ L <br />;i\ibil'iH <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9587 <br /> <br />MAY 2 1 1984 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />EASEMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND <br />SOUTHERN PACIFIC TRANSPORTATION COMPANY FOR CHESAPEAKE <br />DRIVE GRADE CROSSING <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this City, in connection with the Seaport Centre <br /> <br />Subdivision will have access from Seaport Boulevard across the <br /> <br />right-of-way of Southern Pacific Transportation Company at the <br /> <br />present Chesapeake Drive Grade Crossing; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Southern Pacific Transportation Company is willing <br /> <br />to grant permission for such a grade crossing easement subject to <br /> <br />certain specified conditions and has been presented to this <br /> <br />Council for its approval of such an easement to that effect; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain easement agreement by and between the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City and Southern Pacific Transportation Company a copy <br /> <br />of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference <br /> <br />herein, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is hereby authorized to <br /> <br />execute said easement agreement for and on behalf of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />9587 <br />
