RELATING TO UPDATING <br />MASTER PLAN FOR WATER, SEWERS AND STORM DRAINAGE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires an update of that <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />California" dated March, 1964 (hereinafter "the 1964 Report"); <br /> <br />Water System and Sanitary Sewers for the City of Redwood City, <br /> <br />certain study and report entitled "A Report on Storm Drainage <br /> <br />KENNEDY / JENKS ENGINEERS, INC., to prepare such a master plan <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City desires to engage <br /> <br />including, but not limited to, an evaluation of the City's water, <br /> <br />sanitary sewer system, and storm drainage system and recommend a <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />projected growth and for correcting current system deficiencies; <br /> <br />program for improving and expanding the system to meet the City's <br /> <br />WHEREAS, KENNEDY/JENKS ENGINEERS, INC. has represented to <br /> <br />the City that it is experienced and qualified to perform all of <br /> <br />the abovementioned services as further described in the proposed <br /> <br />agreement therefor; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City, and KENNEDY/JENKS entitled "Agreement - WATER, SEWER AND <br /> <br />STORM DRAINAGE MASTER PLAN" (form dated 5/22/84), a copy of which <br /> <br />959U <br />
