<br />DCB:rks 6/04/84 <br /> <br />JUN 11 1984 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9596 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS FOR SELECTED <br />MATERIALS FOR MAINTENANCE OF PUBLIC FACILITIES 1984-85 <br />AND AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />specifications for selected materials, i.e. sand, aggregate, pea <br /> <br />gravel, and road filler for use by the City in the maintenance of <br /> <br />public facilities in the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br /> <br />thereof and authorize the City Clerk to call for bids for such <br /> <br />selected materials; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Those <br /> <br />certain <br /> <br />specifications <br /> <br />entitled <br /> <br />"Contract <br /> <br />Documents and Technical Specifications for the Purchase by Water <br /> <br />and Street Division of Selected Materials Fiscal Year 1984-85 - <br /> <br />Sand, <br /> <br />Aggregate, <br /> <br />Pea <br /> <br />Gravel, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />Fines, <br /> <br />Redwood <br /> <br />City, <br /> <br />California", including all plans and drawings referenced therein, <br /> <br />prepared in the office of the Director of Public Works and on <br /> <br />file in the office of the City Clerk, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2.
