<br />DCB:rks 6/06/84 <br /> <br />agreement, and within the time therein specified, <br />the amount of said security to be Sixty Six <br />Thousand Two Hundred and 00/100 Dollars <br />($66,200.00), and also a good and sufficient <br />securi ty in a form to be approved by the City <br />Attorney securing the payment by said owner or <br />subdivider of all bills for labor and materials <br />incurred in the construction of any and all said <br />improvement, and the doing of all other work <br />therein agreed to be done by the said owner or <br />subdivider, the amount of said security to be <br />Sixty Six Thousand Two Hundred and 00/100 Dollars <br />($66,200.00) . <br /> <br />(c) That, before the release of said final map by City <br />for recordation, the owner or subdivider shall <br />furnish to the City and file with the City Clerk <br />certificates or policies of public liability and <br />property damage insurance as required by the <br />abovementioned agreement entitled "Agreement for <br />Improvements of North Cote Place Subdivision," on <br />file in the office of the City Clerk. <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />2. Those certain plans entitled "North Cote Place - Kansas <br /> <br />Street, <br /> <br />Valota Road to Sierra Street" <br /> <br />and those certain <br /> <br />specifications entitled "Redwood City Standard Specifications, <br /> <br />August, 1974," which plans and specifications are now on file in <br /> <br />the office of the Director of Public Works, are hereby approved <br /> <br />and adopted as the plans and specifications according to which <br /> <br />the abovementioned improvements shall be done; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />3. That certain proposed agreement between the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City and said owner or subdivider, entitled "Agreement <br /> <br />for the Improvements of North Cote Place Subdivision," a copy of <br />which is on file in the office of the City Clerk and to which <br /> <br />reference is hereby made, is hereby approved, and the City <br /> <br />2 <br />
