Pursuant to Paragraph 11 of the above cited Agreement, <br /> <br />the City Council hereby approves and authorizes the City Manager <br /> <br />to execute that Supplemental Agreement entitled "Agreement <br /> <br />Wastewater Treatment Capacity <br /> <br />(Emerald Lake Hills Area) <br /> <br />Supplement No.1" form dated June 20, 1984. <br /> <br />4. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />transmit a certified copy of this resolution to the County of San <br /> <br />Mateo with a copy to the applicants (being Mr. and Mrs. Wallace <br /> <br />Garcia, 3915 Lakemead Way, Redwood City, California 94062 and Mr. <br /> <br />and Mrs. L.
