<br />S~C:djg-c 6/20/84 <br /> <br />JUN 25 1984 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9607- B <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION VACATING NON ACCESS RESTRICTION OVER A <br />PORTION OF A PUBLIC STREET (SHELL DRIVE) IN THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY IN ACCORDANCE WITH PART 3 OF DIVISION 9, <br />STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Part 3 (commencing <br /> <br />at ~8300) of Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code of the <br /> <br />State of California, the Council of the City of Redwood City by <br /> <br />its Resolution No. 9593, adopted June 4, 1984, declared its <br /> <br />intention to vacate the hereinafter described non access <br /> <br />restriction over a portion of a public street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said provisions of the Streets and <br /> <br />Highways Code, notice of intention to vacate the described non <br /> <br />access restriction has been published and posted; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing has been held and evidence taken; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The Council of the City of Redwood City finds that the <br /> <br />hereinafter described non access restriction is no longer needed <br /> <br />to restrict access across such street, and hereby orders said <br /> <br />restriction vacated. <br /> <br />2. The non access restriction over a portion of Shell Drive <br /> <br />hereby vacated was established by and designated on that certain <br /> <br />map entitled "Shorebird Subdivision No.1" as recorded in Volume <br /> <br />100 of Maps, Pages 33-36, Records of San Mateo County, California, <br /> <br />and is more particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />,/ " <br /> <br />~b07-B <br />
