FOR <br />1984-85 FISCAL YEAR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City entered into an agreement to control <br /> <br />rodents with Bay Pest Control, Inc., dated August 3, 1981 which <br /> <br />included a right to extend this agreement for three (3) <br /> <br />successive one year periods under the same terms and conditions <br /> <br />and at the same cost as those for the original term; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Paragraph 9 of that certain agreement <br /> <br />for the project entitled, "Rodent Control Program 1981-82 Fiscal <br /> <br />Year", the City of Redwood City desires to exercise its last <br /> <br />renewal privilege for the period commencing on July 1, 1984 and <br /> <br />concluding on June 30, 1985; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Pursuant to that certain agreement entitled, "Rodent <br /> <br />Control Program 1981-82 Fiscal Year", dated August 3, 1981 the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City exercises its last renewal option for the <br /> <br />period commencing on July 1, 1984 and concluding on June 30, <br /> <br />1985. <br /> <br />2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to exercise the <br /> <br />Ci ty I S renewal option with Bay Pest Control, Inc. for and on <br /> <br />behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />9608 <br />
