DCB:rks 6/15/84 furnish to the City and file with the City Clerk a good and sufficient security in a form to be approved by the City Attorney, securing the faithful performance by said owners or subdividers of all work and the construction of all improvements designated or mentioned in said agreement, and within the time therein specified, the amount of said security to be Three Hundred Three Thousand Four Hundred and Fifty and 00/100 Dollars ($303,450.00), and also a good and sufficient security in a form to be approved by the City Attorney securing the payment by said owners or subdividers of all bills for labor and materials incurred in the construction of any and all said improvement, and the doing of all other work therein agreed to be done by the said owners or subdividers, the amount of said security to be Three Hundred Three Thousand Four Hundred Fifty and 00/100 Dollars ($303,450.00). (c) That, before the release of said final map by City for recordation, the owners or subdividers shall furnish to the City and file with the City Clerk certificates or policies of public liability and property damage insurance as required by the abovementioned agreement entitled "Agreement for Improvements of Cordilleras Heights Unit No. 3 Subdivision," on file in the office of the City Clerk. and 2. Those certain plans entitled "Improvement Plans for Cordilleras Heights Unit No.3" and those certain specifications entitled "Redwood City Standard Specifications, August, 1974," which plans and specifications are now on file in the office of the Director of Public Works, are hereby approved and adopted as the plans and specifications according to which the abovementioned improvements shall be done; and 2
