<br />DCB:rks 6/20/84 <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9611 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />JUN 2 5 1984 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />REVOCABLE ENCROACHMENT PERNIT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A <br />PRIVATE ROAD (BENNETT ROAD) ON CERTAIN CITY-OWNED REAL <br />PROPERTY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Redwood City Associates, John F. Kuffer and Betty <br /> <br />M. Kuffer, Paul Keckley, Jr. and Margaret T. Keckley, L. W. <br /> <br />Brouhard and Jennifer Brouhard <br /> <br />(hereinafter "Owners") <br /> <br />have <br /> <br />requested permission to use for construction of a private road <br /> <br />said real property described in "Exhibit A"; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the intention and desire of this Council to <br /> <br />grant a revocable encroachment permit permitting such private <br /> <br />roadway uses subject to certain designated terms and conditions; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a <br /> <br />revocable <br /> <br />encroachment <br /> <br />permit <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />Owners <br /> <br />which <br /> <br />shall <br /> <br />be <br /> <br />transferrable <br /> <br />or <br /> <br />assignable <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />their <br /> <br />heirs, <br /> <br />executors, <br /> <br />administrators, <br /> <br />assigns, <br /> <br />beneficiaries, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />successors <br /> <br />(of <br /> <br />whatever nature), for construction of a private road upon that <br /> <br />certain City-owned real property, more particularly described in <br /> <br />"Exhibit A" of that certain revocable encroachment permit <br /> <br />attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein, which <br /> <br />permit shall not be effective until such t.ime as t-he Owners <br /> <br />execute an acceptance of its terms and conditions. <br /> <br />9611 <br />
