<br />DCB:rks 3/14/84 <br /> <br />ORfG1NAL <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9620 <br /> <br />JUL <br /> <br />9 1984 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN <br />EASEMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND <br />THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County of San Mateo Board of Supervisors, in <br /> <br />connection with the Emerald Lake Hills Wastewater Management Plan <br /> <br />Assessment District, desires to extend an underground sewer line <br /> <br />beneath Garrett Park on the land more specifically described on <br /> <br />Grant Deed, a copy of which is attached hereto; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City has agreed to the sale of this easement <br /> <br />for $250.00; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain easement agreement by and between the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City and County of San Mateo, a copy of which is attached <br /> <br />hereto as Exhibit "B" and incorporated herein by this reference, <br /> <br />is hereby approved, and the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute <br /> <br />said easement agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />96 0 <br />
