<br />DCB:rks 7/05/84 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9621 <br /> <br />'" "'-I" <br />~. dulNAL <br />JUL 9 1984 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING AMENDED MAP OF <br />PARCEL MAP NO. 82-1 SUBDIVISION, REDWOOD CITY, <br />CALIFORNIA; AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF OWNER'S <br />CERTIFICATE ON SAID MAP <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain amended map of Parcel Map No. 82-1 Subdivision <br /> <br />in the City of Redwood City" prepared by Brian, Kangas, Foulk & <br /> <br />Associates for Seaport Centre Venture, a California general <br /> <br />partnership, owner of record of said subdivision, is approved, <br /> <br />subject to the final original conditions for approval of the <br /> <br />final map for Parcel Map No. 82-1; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: <br /> <br />That since Parcel B of said parcel map is now owned by the <br /> <br />city of Redwood City and an owner's certificate must be executed, <br /> <br />a copy of such owner's certificate is on file in the office of <br /> <br />the City Clerk and to which reference is hereby made, is hereby <br /> <br />approved, and the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />execute said owner's certificate for the Amended Map of Parcel <br /> <br />82-1 on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />to '.) 1 <br />.,1 / . <br />..".) .-'-.--1 ._ ._. <br />
