HISTORIC L <br />Mr. Jany sta,~, that what is before the Planning Commission tonight is the <br />recommendation from the HRAC for two potential landmarks. The criteria identified in <br />the report by CIRCA Consultants identifies that each of the properties meet the three <br />required criteria for landmark designation. They are identified in the staff report that they <br />exemplify special elements of the City's sculptural, historical and architectural growth, <br />that is identified with persons of significance or local significance and it embodies <br />distinctive characteristics of an architectural style or fashionship and it is, perhaps the <br />notable work of a builder/designer/architect. <br /> <br />Commissioner Gee asked if both owners of the properties concur with the designation or <br />process. <br /> <br />Page 1 of 16 <br />
