The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a <br /> <br /> <br />purchase order agreement with Redwood Supply & Trucking for the <br /> <br />furnishing of the abovementioned materials in accordance with, <br /> <br /> <br />and subject to, the terms and conditions of the aforementioned <br /> <br />specifications and in accordance with the aforementioned bidder's <br /> <br /> <br />proposal. <br /> <br />3. Any informalities in the bid mentioned in Paragraph 1 <br /> <br /> <br />hereof are hereby waived. <br /> <br />4. Any and all bids received by the City of Redwood City <br /> <br /> <br />for the furnishing of the abovementioned materials, other than <br /> <br /> <br />the bid mentioned in Paragraph 1 hereof, are hereby rejected. <br /> <br />5.
