<br />SWC:djg-c 6/28/84 <br /> <br />9626 <br /> <br />ORrGINAL <br />JUL 9 1984 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING APPROPRIATIONS LIMIT FOR FISCAL <br />YEAR 1984-85 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Article XIII B of the Constitution of the State of <br /> <br />California places various linli tations on the City's powers of <br /> <br />appropriation; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Division 9 of the Government Code (commencing with <br /> <br />Section 7900) provides for the implementation of Article XIII B <br /> <br />by various procedures, including the requirement that each local <br /> <br />jurisdiction shall, by resolution, establish its appropriations <br /> <br />limit for the following fiscal year; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />This Council does hereby establish an appropriation limit <br /> <br />for the fiscal year 1984-85, as shown on "Exhibit A" attached <br /> <br />hereto and incorporated herein by reference. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />9 62.6 <br />
