<br />DCB:rks 7/13/84 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9632 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />JUL 2 3 1984 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF ~.N <br />AGREEMENT FOR PLAN CHECKING SERVICES FOR VARIOUS PUBLIC <br />WORKS PROJECTS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City has agreed to provide and <br /> <br />desires to provide plan checking services for various projects <br /> <br />for which fees have been deposited; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, certain contracts and administration inspection <br /> <br />services are required with respect to subdivision and other <br /> <br />projects for which fees have been deposited; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, FRED SENNEWALD has represented to the City that he <br /> <br />is qualified and willing to perform such plan checking services; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council agreement <br /> <br />by and between the City of Redwood City and FRED SENNEWALD, for <br /> <br />the performance of the aforesaid plan checking services, and it <br /> <br />is the intention and desire of this Council to approve said <br /> <br />agreement and authorize its execution <br /> <br />NOV~, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Agreement - Consulting Plan <br /> <br />Checking Services" (form dated 7/13/84) by and between the City <br />of Redwood City and FRED SENNEWALD, a copy of this agreement is <br /> <br />on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference <br /> <br />is hereby made for full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, <br /> <br />9632 <br />
