<br />DCB:rks 7/03/84 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9634 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />JUL 2 3 1984 <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR PUBLIC WORKS CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION AND <br />INSPECTION SERVICES FOR SEAPORT CENTRE, UNIT 1 <br />SUBDIVISION PROJECT AND SEAPORT BOULEVARD <br />RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City has agreed to provide <br /> <br />pursuant to Concurrent Resolution No. 9288 and RD 83-01, contract <br /> <br />administration on behalf of the Redevelopment Agency of the City <br /> <br />of Redwood City, for the Seaport Boulevard Reconstruction Project <br /> <br />and desires to provide similar services for Seaport Centre, Unit <br /> <br />1 Subdivision Project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, certain contracts and administration inspection <br /> <br />services are required with respect to said reconstruction and <br /> <br />subdivision projects; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, TRI-STATE ENGINEERING COMPANY has represented to <br /> <br />the City that it is qualified and willing to perform such <br /> <br />services; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council agreements <br /> <br />by and between the City of Redwood City and TRI-STATE ENGINEERING <br /> <br />Cm,1P ANY, <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />performance <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />aforesaid <br /> <br />Contract <br /> <br />administration and inspection services, and it is the intention <br /> <br />and desire of this Council to approve said agreements and <br /> <br />authorize their execution <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />9634 <br />
