<br />P~B:djg-c 7/19/84 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9643 <br /> <br />JUL 2 3 1984 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING EXHIBIT A OF RESOLUTION NO. 9617, <br />ESTABLISHING SALARY AND WAGE PLAN FOR CERTAIN EMPLOYEE <br />CLASSIFICATIONS RELATING TO ~~NAGEMENT AND CONFIDENTIAL <br />ASSIGNMENTS AND CERTAIN DESIGNATED OFFICERS, TO PROVIDE <br />FOR REVISION TO COMPENSATION OF CITY MANAGER <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOviS: <br /> <br />1. Exhibit "A" of Resolution No. 9617, entitled "Resolution <br /> <br />Amending Section 1 of Resolution No. 9158 and 9373 Establishing <br /> <br />Salary and Wage Plan for Certain Employee Classifications <br /> <br />Relating to Management and Confidential Assignments," adopted <br /> <br />July 2, 1984 is hereby amended and replaced by Exhibit "A" (dated <br /> <br />as of July 19, 1984) attached hereto and by this reference <br /> <br />incorporated herein, to provide a revised compensation schedule <br /> <br />for the position of City Manager. <br /> <br />2. Except as amended hereby, all provisions of said <br /> <br />Resolution No. 9617 shall remain in full force and effect. <br /> <br />3.
